Rutland London is proud to be one of very few boutique bathroom manufacturers who comply with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and Low Voltage Directive (LVD).

Many products sold by other boutique bathroom manufacturers and brands may not be supported by the correct paperwork or quality control systems, and therefore not be suitable for installation in either domestic or commercial projects.

Rutland London has rigorous manufacturing processes in place along with independent testing and the required paperwork to ensure our Clients have complete peace of mind.

NON-COMPLIANCE

Non-compliant product sold by other manufacturers could have misleading product performance information declared.

For example, some manufacturers exaggerate heat outputs to make their products seem more attractive.

Non-compliant products can therefore be inefficient and even dangerous if they have not been tested in accordance with the required manufacturing standards.

For example, some manufacturers do not correctly pressure test their heated towel rails in accordance with the required standards of EN 442 - this can be extremely dangerous and cause harm to the end user.

To prove our compliance, Rutland London has a full suite of Declarations of Performance (DoP) which can be issued on request to Clients.
