Here at Rutland Radiators we take enormous pride in being able to offer our handmade heated towel warmers, radiators and basin stands in over twenty finishes including brushed chrome.
This week we’d like to look into our brushed chrome finish in a little more detail.
Brushed chrome has made a resurgence in recent years due to it’s compatibility with a number of bathroom styles. We have been amazed at the worldwide demand for this finish, and the variety of bathrooms which customers have successfully used this finish within.
What sort of bathroom does brushed chrome "work in"?
This is a finish which is equally at home in both modern and traditional bathrooms.
With an “industrial” style look, this finish will subtly compliment a bathroom suite, whilst retaining a reserved beauty which draws the eye to the intricate detail of the towel warmer, or basin stand.
The finish often ties in with existing taps and other accessories and is less work to maintain compared to the polished alternative.
Does brushed chrome wear well?
Brushed chrome is hard wearing, in particular not showing scratches and marks to the extent of the polished chrome alternative.
This makes it excellent for busy family bathrooms!
Our finishes are applied by our craftsmen by hand in our family-owned Hampshire factory to ensure longevity.
Rutland Radiators expect this finish to last a very long time and pride ourselves on the quality of our products.
We particularly like this finish applied to our contemporary towel warmers and in particular, the Redcliffe.
